As we live and breathe circularity at remedy., we post all of our products in 100% recycled mailing bags.
Orders placed on www.remedyclothing.com.au are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4 pm AEST/AEDT (excluding public holidays) and are shipped within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed and payment has been both authorised and verified.
National delivery usually occurs within 3-9 business days.
Note- delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may be longer than usual.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you.

Upon receiving the goods:
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 business days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Return of goods:
remedy. will accept the return of unworn goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase.
