Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase.
UPON RECEIVING THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 business days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
RETURN OF GOODS
Remedy Clothing will accept the return of unworn goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of goods to Remedy Clothing.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges depend on stock; if unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Offered on full‑priced and sale items (excluding Final Sale) returned within 14 days.
Processed in 5–7 business days after your return is received.
Store credit valid for 12 months, in‑store and online.
