TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms are issued by Remedy Clothing and are effective from March 9th, 2021. They cover the use of our website remedyclothing.com.au. Use of our website includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. By ordering or registering on remedyclothing.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details into our database. We will use your contact details to keep you updated on new arrivals and offers from time to time.
If you no longer wish to be contacted, you can easily be removed from our marketing communications by contacting our Remedy Clothing team hello@remedyclothing.com.au.
CREATING A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. An order is placed by adding a product into the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes entering payment information for the goods, providing us with the delivery and billing details for the order and submitting the order. After an order is submitted, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your order- payment will not be taken from you until we have accepted the order. Upon checking the availability and pricing of the goods we will email you again to confirm we have processed payment of your order and provide shipment information. If any unexpected circumstances arise and the goods ordered are no longer available, or we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this via email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded.

COLOUR
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic process allows and we have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible. However please note, colours displayed on your monitor may vary from monitor to monitor, due to this we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be accurate.
PROMOTIONAL CONTESTS AND OFFERS
Promotional offers and discounts do not apply to shipping or taxes. Discounts will appear upon checkout and may or may not be eligible to be combined with any other offers or discounts. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specifically stated in offer official rules.

Through the Remedy Clothing website, we accept payments in the following forms Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & After-Pay. All references to $ and dollars on the website are to Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices were current at the time of publication on the website and are inclusive of GST
DELIVERY
At Remedy Clothing our aim is to your order to you in the fastest, most sustainable way. Most orders ship within 2 business days of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard shipping. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.
The delivery times provided by Remedy Clothing are estimates only. Remedy Clothing will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss/damages relating to late deliveries.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Remedy Clothing cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
UPON RECEIVING THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 business days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
RETURN OF GOODS
Remedy Clothing will accept the return of unworn goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase

The buyer is responsible for notifying Remedy Clothing within 14 days of receiving goods should they wish to exchange or receive a store credit. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of goods to Remedy Clothing.
