SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use shipping platform Australia Post for all orders. This allows provides us with full visibility & tracking notification via email.

As we live and breathe sustainable at Remedy Clothing, we post all of our products in 100% recycled postage bags with recycled label stickers. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed on Remedy Clothing are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4 pm AEST/AEDT (excluding public holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed and payment has been both authorised and verified.

National delivery usually occurs within 3-9 business days. Note- delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may be longer than usual.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Australia: Standard shipping is available on Remedy Clothing for $10. 
Australia: Standard shipping is available on PALATE Bags for $30.
