REMEDY Circular Program –Terms & Conditions OUR FLAGSHIP STORE
1. Eligibility
- Donors must be 18 years of age or older.
- Donations must be made in person at the designated REMEDY donation point during store operating hours.
2. Donation Requirements
Accepted Items
Gently used, clean, and good-condition:
- Clothing
- Handbags
- Backpacks
- Belts
Not Accepted
- Damaged, stained, torn, heavily worn, or unhygienic items
- Undergarments, socks, swimwear
- Non-apparel items
REMEDY staff reserve the right to assess item condition and decline any item that does not meet quality standards.
3. Voucher Issuance
- Donors will receive one (1) $10 REMEDY Voucher per donation visit, regardless of the number of items donated.
- Voucher issuance is subject to staff inspection and approval of donated items.
- Vouchers are issued at the time of donation. Items placed into an unattended box without staff verification are not eligible.
4. Voucher Terms
- Vouchers are valid for 60 days from date of issue.
- Redeemable only at the REMEDY store where issued (or online if specified).
- Minimum purchase: $79 in a single transaction (before tax, after discounts).
- Limit of one voucher per transaction. Vouchers cannot be combined.
- Not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
- Cannot be used on sale items, gift cards, or in conjunction with selected promotions as determined by REMEDY.
5. Ownership & Disposition of Donated Items
- All donated items become the property of REMEDY and will not be returned.
- Through the Swap & Shop program and recycling partners, REMEDY determines each item’s pathway, which may include:
- Reuse / resale
- Repurposing / upcycling
- Responsible material recycling
Not all items will be resold.
6. Program Purpose
This initiative supports REMEDY’s circular fashion mission by extending product life, reducing textile waste, and keeping materials in use.
7. General Conditions
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- REMEDY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- REMEDY is not responsible for any tax implications related to vouchers.
- The program is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations.
